Brevard has more than 150 precincts. Josiah is committed to recruiting, training, and supporting Precinct Committeemen and Committeewomen in every one of them. Strong precincts win close elections — and they're the farm team for tomorrow's school board members, city council members, and state legislators.

SUPPORT THE LOCAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Josiah works hand-in-hand with the Brevard Republican Executive Committee and its officers to make sure Brevard's voice is heard at the state level — and that resources, training, and best practices from the State Executive Committee flow back down to our local volunteers.

KEEP THE PARTY ACCOUNTABLE TO ITS GRASSROOTS

Party rules and bylaws should serve the members, not the insiders. Josiah will continue to push for transparency, open meetings, and rules that empower grassroots Republicans rather than career operatives.

DEFEND VOTER ID AND BALLOT SECURITY

Florida has some of the strongest election laws in the country. Josiah will continue to support Voter ID, signature verification, and chain-of-custody requirements that give voters confidence that their ballots were counted accurately.

EXPAND POLL WATCHER AND POLL WORKER TRAINING

Election integrity is enforced precinct by precinct. Josiah supports recruiting and training Republican poll watchers and poll workers across Brevard so that every polling location and every canvassing board has informed conservative eyes on the process.

REGISTER AND ENGAGE NEW REPUBLICAN VOTERS

A party that doesn't grow shrinks. Josiah supports an aggressive, year-round voter registration program targeting Brevard's fastest-growing neighborhoods and reaching young, working-class, and new-resident voters with a conservative message that meets them where they are.

RECRUIT QUALITY CANDIDATES FOR EVERY RACE

Too many local races go uncontested or are conceded by default. Josiah is committed to recruiting strong conservative candidates for school board, city council, mosquito control board, soil and water — the offices that decide how our taxes are spent and how our kids are educated.

TRAIN AND RESOURCE FIRST-TIME CANDIDATES

Running for office is hard, especially the first time. Josiah will continue to mentor, train, and resource first-time Republican candidates in Brevard with the campaign skills, volunteer base, and party support they need to win.

HOLD ELECTED REPUBLICANS TO THE PLATFORM

Winning the seat is only half the job — governing as a Republican is the other half. Josiah will continue to be a respectful but direct voice holding Republican elected officials accountable to the conservative platform the voters endorsed.
